BellSix
The interval clock. Free forever. No BS.
The CrossFit timer market is dominated by $300–500 LED wall units, while gym software handles programming but not the clock. BellSix turns any screen a gym already owns, a TV, an iPad, an old phone, or a browser, into a beautiful, brandable wall clock controlled from a coach’s phone or watch.
One drift-proof timing engine shared across web, iPhone, and Apple Watch, so the clock behaves identically everywhere. Presets, a daily Workout of the Day, a block-based builder, an AI generator, and Gym Control to cast across every screen in the box.
Solo end-to-end: brand, design system, front end, native apps, backend, and product strategy. Same system-thinking I applied at MetaMask and GumGum, aimed at every gym wall.
BELLSIX
An interval training clock built to be the default on every gym wall, phone, and wrist. One timing engine across web, iPhone, and Apple Watch.

ARCANA UI
An AI-native design system with machine-readable token architecture. Open source.
I’ve spent six years solving one problem: how do you give an entire product a consistent, beautiful interface without slowing teams down? I design the system. I build the components. I write the docs. I ship the package.
